Li Pan

Hi! I am currently a Research Assistant at the Department of Pathology, The University of Hong Kong, under the supervision of Dr. Maximus Yeung. My primary focus is on developing Artificial Intelligence for real-world clinical healthcare. I also work closely with Dr. Zhen Chen on medical image analysis.

My research interests revolve around quantitatively assessing human health conditions using multi-omics data, which encompasses genomics data, pathological imaging, and privacy-preserving sensing. I am committed to discovering digital biomarkers of diseases and uncovering the underlying mechanisms. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in implementing large-scale real-world smart health systems for Alzheimer’s Disease monitoring (Project Page).

In 2020, I obtained my B.E. degree in Computer Science and Technology from Xiamen University, China. I earned my MSc degree with distinction (ranked 1/59) from the City University of Hong Kong.
